We coordinate: day, time, travel, whatever. We prep you. You get there early. You get there prepared. You get their attention. We coordinate the next rounds...

Offer

If you and the client want to move forward (yay!), we negotiate on your behalf: salary, bonus, vaca, relo, all of it. This is not a battle: The client knows if your expectations are within their range before you ever step through their door. We make sure you get what you deserve and everyone's happy.

About

This whole thing began in the guest room of Serena’s 1000 sq ft LA apartment. A tiny glass desk next to the queen-size bed, a laptop, a corded phone, a Blackberry (yep, the bluish-purple plastic one), a block walk to Kings Road Cafe for fuel. This was from scratch. This was daunting. This was risky. But this was hers.

Today, Wolf Creative Company works with agencies and creative companies that are doing nothing less than defining what’s innovative, inspiring, disruptive. Serena and company hold tremendous respect for the people doing this work and are continually humbled by their clients’ and candidates’ trust in them and what they do.
